I was wondering when I click “Save” for photos from ReddHub, where are they saved too? I cannot find the folder in which they go into. I would like to share these photos with others but cannot find them. I know how to navigate Windows dekstop well but the Metro screen is a different animal. I tried to figure this out on my own but could not find it. Thanks again. I love your guys’ app. It is the best on any platform, including iOS.

Sorry if it isn’t clear – save is saving it to your reddit account – reddit supports a way to save links. That said, you can use the share charm in Windows 8 – just swipe or push windows+c on your keyboard to bring up the charms, and select share.
But it sounds like what you really want is a ‘save file’ feature – we already have this feature coded, and you can expect it in the next update which will be out in a few days!

The first time you launch the app you are prompted to enter your login info or to use the app as guest. If you choose guest and want to login later, follow these instructions:
Slide in from the right hand side (or using mouse -> mouse to the very right), you will see the list of items containing Search/Share/Start/Devices/Settings come up. Within Settings choose “ReddHub Settings” and you will see the login options.

I just installed your app and the Live Tile doesn’t work.
Live tiles are active when you pin a subreddit to the start screen and have your computer plugged into power. In the next version that isn’t released yet, the main app tile will also be live.

This is probably a simple newb question, but when scrolling down the list of most recent topics on the left and I get to the bottom, how do I load more / go to the next page?
The infinite scrolling is working now. Must have been a connection issue with loading more topics.

So, it looks like under quick launch you can put in multiple subreddits with a + (funny+pics), but when trying to add a subreddit that way it says it can’t find that subreddit. Is this because it’s subscribing you? I’d love to “subscribe” to a combined set.
Great idea! Right now it is trying to subscribe you to what you type in vs. the two separately. Adding support for custom subscriptions like that is being looked into for refute consideration. Thanks for the feedback.
Not sure if I’m doing something wrong, but I launched Redd Hub for the first time and logged in. But if I try to do anything (upvote, subscribe, etc) I get the error saying I must be logged in to perform the action. When I swipe from the top of the screen I don’t see an option to log in, I see the option to view my account, which gives the same error when I click it.
There is a critical bug right now with Login. The fix is in the next version and will be available for you very soon when the Windows Store approves it. Once updated, please re-login via Settings -> Reddhub Settings. Let us know if you encounter any other issues.

I don’t know if anyone else is having this problem, but every video that I try to watch fails to load. Is there a problem with the settings on my laptop? alternatively I watch the videos on my default browser but it kinda gets annoying going back and forth when there are many videos being posted. Pleas Help!

Is there a way to stop unsubscribed subreddits from appearing in “All”? I’m signed in, and they don’t appear when I’m visiting Reddit via the web site. This is my favorite app! Thank you and please keep up the great work!
What you want to view is the frontpage which is the aggregate of your subreddit subscriptions. If you visit /all, even on the website, you get everything including content from reddits you are not subscribed to. Going to reddit.com defaults to your front page. Thanks!

I go to ‘add’, type the subreddit I want and it says ‘successfully added’, however it consistently hasn’t been added!
I’ve reinstalled the app an I’m still having problems!

Sorry for slow response. So I logged out and back in and suddenly every subreddit in the app by default was listed as subscribed. I deleted the app and downloaded it again, after running a few cleaups on my PC. It’s now fine. I think it was probably due to me ending a few processes that were fairly important a while back… All is back to normal now. Thanks and love the app btw!

I’m not having any luck with Baconsync on my tablet. I’m able to sign in on Windows Phone 8, using the Baconit Chrome extension, and on Reddhub on my desktop PC. On my Windows 8 Pro tablet, it keeps telling me the password isn’t correct.
Sorry to hear that you are having issues, thanks for reporting it. Have you tried resetting your Baconsync password and then trying to log back in from each device? Please let us know if that resolves the issue.
Yup, tried that. It’s just this tablet that has the issue, but there are other issues it has, so who knows. I’ll keep experimenting.

Hi there, thanks for the support! There certainly is. Below the ads there is a remove ads link that will take you right there. Otherwise, you can simply swipe in to the options from the right and choose the Remove Ads / Upgrade options and find it in there. Both silver and gold will remove ads. Please let us know if you run into any issues.
I’ve got a weird one. I had ReddHub V2. After performing a system restore to a point before I’d had ReddHub, I downloaded it again. It won’t stay on my desktop. Help! I miss my reddit …
Hmmm. What do you mean by wont stay on desktop? Can you find and launch the app from the start screen? Can you right click on it and Pin to start or Pin to taskbar?
